This wiki tracks the progress of my Masters.

I'm doing my Masters in a cross-over between Media and Knowledge Engineering and the philosophy section of TBM on online communities emerging from Web 2.0 technologies.

There recently has been some talk about writing things such as books and dissertations in an Open Source (FLOSS) manner. I cannot imagine any other way of doing it. Firstly the openness of the format allows me to easily edit my work, share it with anyone easily and allow for their input. This is as great boon. I also like the editing format which is more open than Word and easier than LaTeX (the two most popular formats for this stuff).
