3-2-1-0 Launch!

I gave the presentation for the TOPdesk consultants today. Keynote did not crash my Macbook once and the presentation was well received, it is in Dutch and you can find it here.

I had been kicking around some stuff about wikis when on Rudolf van der Berg posted an article on Frankwatching about wiki practice within companies. The article is arguably a bit sloppy and neglects to even mention Mediawiki but the resulting discussion is more than worthwhile and shows that the topic is very much alive.

I am currently calling customers to get their feedback, and more often than not I receive out of office, out to lunch or in meeting statuses.
